Powers and Unique Abilities: Strong psychic powers and his cape transforms into large hawk wings when needed.
Attacks:
Guardian Beast Rage!!!- Light Hawk powers himself up and draws in a lot
of energy which then forms into a large hawk and takes off from his hands. The
hawk of pure white energy then circles it's prey and at the right moment flies
into the enemy and explodes, doing massive damage to the enemy.
Death Wing Tornado!!- Light Hawk's cape turns into a pair of falcon wings and he floats off the ground just a little. He then puts his hands over his head and allows energy to swirl around him starting at the tip of his fingers and forms a little tornado that moves in front of him. As he struggles to keep the tornado of energy going, he sends zaps of lightening into the tornado that begins to form razor sharp dagger like beams of lightening energy. As the tornado swirls, more dagger like beams of this energy forms and is sent flying at the enemy. If charged up enough, it can kill the enemy it is aimed at through the daggers piercing them.
Weapon: A double dragon stick katana. The wooden handles are carved with dual dragons of inlaid gold. The blades are carbon steel. It has an overall length of 42'. On the butt of each katana is the Japanese character for Gemini.
History: Devlin was a lord on the planet of Gemini and also the
protector and companion to Princess Ariana. When she turned 20, they were
married and Ariana soon found herself with child. Their happiness was cut short
with the destruction of the Silver Millennium by Queen Beryl. He was reborn in
Dublin, Ireland to a wealthy family with several large homes around Ireland and
Scotland. He has had his psychic powers since he was a child. When he turned 21
he regained his powers but only remembers bits and pieces of his past. One thing
he remembers is the vision of a laughing silver-haired young woman. He has been
searching for her in hopes of finding her but doesn't know her name or anything
about her or why he keeps seeing the vision of her. His presence on the planet
has somehow been hidden from Ariana, but he has sensed that she is in Tokyo
somewhere and has gone there to find her. He is a computer programmer and very
rich from an inheritance left to him by his grandparents.
